The main attractions of the region are all located within a stone’s throw : Polignano a Mare, Grotte di Castellana, Alberobello, Ostuni, Valle d’Itria, Zoo Safari and last but not least Bari Vecchia ( the old town) with the famous Basilica San Nicola, the Cathedral and Castello Svevo (Swabian Castle).
